NRES has enjoyed a long term service relationship with a major regional water district based in Southern California. Since the company's inception in 2002, NRES has managed a wide variety of projects for this independent public agency including commercial office and industrial building developments, the rehabilitation and complete remodeling of 450 apartment units, domestic and reclaimed water reservoirs, and pumping stations.

NRES' ability to take the handoff from the construction team and seamlessly commence the management of a property has provided great value to our client.

In reality, the property management process starts well before building systems are commissioned and tenants have moved into their space. NRES provided input on security, signage and parking systems during the design phase of these projects. Collectively, these efforts contributed to streamlined operations for the client and ultimately to tenant satisfaction.

NRES currently provides property management services for three of the water district's office and industrial developments in Costa Mesa and Irvine, California.
