National Real Estate Fund Advisor Since 2002, NRES has been exclusively managing a big-box industrial portfolio for a major national real estate fund advisor. This portfolio extends throughout the Inland Empire market in Southern California.

Initially, the portfolio encompassed four buildings totaling 2.2 million square feet. Through close collaboration with this national client, NRES created a flexible, scalable management fee schedule. Through this mechanism, we grew our team as our client added several large properties to their holdings.

Presently, the client's 9.4 million S.F. portfolio has a dedicated NRES property management and accounting team that provides services tailored to their accounting and reporting systems. This includes Yardi Voyager™ internet based general ledger accounting and Kardin Systems Budgeting Software.

The efficiency of the dedicated NRES team and the economies of scale consequent from a multi-tiered management fee structure result in our client's tenants enjoying the lowest management fee expenses in the region.

Complementing their property management services, NRES also provides construction management expertise to facilitate tenant improvements and capital projects throughout their portfolio. Time-efficient weekly conference calls update the client on all property activities
