Tony is a member of the Project Management services team at NRES. He has supervised construction on many projects ranging from multi-story office buildings, warehouse distribution facilities, retail centers including several Best Buy locations, and Class A office tenant improvements.

• In 2002, the year NRES was established, Tony was assigned to oversee two projects for Irvine Ranch Water District's ("IRWD") investment portfolio. Following the completion of those projects, IRWD continued to rely on Tony's construction management acumen and has awarded many additional projects to NRES. These include major roadway pipeline projects, construction of a new 2.5 million gallon water reservoir and several specialty projects throughout the IRWD's numerous municipalities. As a result of Tony's consistently excellent service, IRWD has extended NRES' scope of provided services to include property management on several of their investment properties.

Over the course of his 27 year career in construction, Tony has supervised the construction of a diverse number of projects including commercial, industrial and retail projects totaling more than 7 million S.F. for firms including DAVCON Construction, United Pacific Construction, and L.E. Wentz Company. He is proficient in all phases in development and construction management including design and pre-construction, conceptual estimating, entitlements, cost control, cost accounting, cost reporting, and field supervision.

Tony has established and built lasting relationships within the industry, developing an excellent rapport with city officials, engineers, and architects. His hands-on approach with the general contractors and subcontractors make him an asset to the team and its success. His vast experience in the field enables him to identify potential problems before they become a major obstacle to the project's success.
