Natalie is responsible for managing a 269,000 square foot, Class A, LEED® Certified office building in Irvine, CA under contract with Transpacific Development Company. The building houses corporate offices for Fortune 500 companies, Ford Motor Company and Taco Bell Corporation. She handles coordination of all of the property needs, including management of all vendors, building engineering staff and oversight of maintenance and security staff.

• In August 2009 Natalie joined the NRES team when the building ownership was transferred from Ford Motor Company to Transpacific Development Company. In her short time at NRES, she has played an integral role in facilitating the change of property ownership as well as the transition of the building from a single tenant building to a multi-tenant building. She has also been a key liaison between ownership and construction as the building underwent many property upgrades and tenant improvements for Taco Bell. Her familiarity with the building and the needs of its tenants make her uniquely qualified to manage this property.

While, Natalie is fairly new to property management, she has been involved in facilities management since 2007. She was previously on-site as Facilities Manager with Premier MSS/Ford Motor Company. She has successfully transitioned from Facilities Manager to Property Manager since joining NRES and brings with her an expertise in marketing and customer service. Prior to joining NRES and Premier MSS/Ford, she held positions with Nutrilite and Infinity Software Development.

Natalie's tactful problem solving skills, determined work ethic and outstanding management skills facilitate her ability to provide superior service to our clients and the tenancies they value.
