Dawn is responsible for the supervision of the on-site management personnel of a Class A high rise office building located in Irvine which serves as the corporate headquarters of Ford Motor Company and Taco Bell. She also manages a five-story office building in Cerritos. Both properties are owned by Transpacific Development Company.

• Dawn joined NRES in November as a Senior Property Manager and is well equipped to mentor the on-site staff in Irvine as they transition from facilities management to property management. She has managed several types of properties including high rise office, mid-rise office, industrial, flex tech and small retail. Dawn has managed properties through acquisition, disposition, initial construction and lease up, major capital renovations and market repositioning. She has managed properties located in Mission Viejo, San Diego, Santa Ana, Irvine and Long Beach. Dawn was also an instructor at Irvine Community College where she taught Property Management.

Dawn has worked in the industry since 1996. Prior to joining NRES she held management positions with Insignia/ESG, Layton Belling & Associates, Legacy Partners and Winthrop Management. While with Legacy Partners, Dawn successfully negotiated many lease renewals and played an integral role in lease negotiations with all new tenants.

Dawn's strengths are her diverse experience, her knowledge of the industry and her ability to view obstacles as challenges. She is committed to providing her clients with quality service and maintaining high standards for property maintenance while always being conscious of budget restrictions.
