Glen serves as President/Managing Principal of NRES. In this role, he is responsible for all of the company's operating activities and overall corporate strategy.

Prior to forming NRES, Glen served as Vice President/Division Manager, National Construction Services, of Catellus Development Corporation, a national, publicly traded developer. He was an Operating Officer with direct P&L and management responsibility for 3.8 million S.F. of warehouse/distribution space, totaling $100M+, annually. Glen's involvement included construction management, contract negotiations, administration, staffing, plus oversight of entitlement, design and retention of project consultants on a national basis.

Glen began his career in real estate development and construction project management with The Koll Company, a major regional general contractor/developer, where he oversaw a construction management project team. He ultimately served as Vice President of Development in charge of multiple warehouse/distribution, industrial, retail and office development projects throughout Southern California.

Glen's expertise extends throughout the real estate development and construction arenas. He has expertise in warehouse/distribution, industrial, R&D facilities, multi-tenant business parks, finished lots, office and retail. In addition to development and construction, Glen is well versed in land acquisition, due diligence, project financing, financial analysis, joint venture structures, identification and analysis of development opportunities, plus recruitment, supervision and training of project management staff.
