David's skills include market research, financial analysis, entitlement, and property management. David is also an active member on the Corporate Advisory Services team.

• David took the lead in providing site selection, due-diligence and financial cost analysis for a large distribution center and sales office relocation on behalf of a major corporate advisory client in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
• In 2008 David managed the due diligence and entitlement of a $12 million development of 11 industrial buildings in Palm Desert, California.

Prior to joining NRES, David worked in the Real Estate Strategy group at Gap Inc. and the Financial Advisory Services Group at PricewaterhouseCoopers. David also has over two years of international experience working in Santiago, Chile and Mexico City for local financial services companies.

David's diverse professional and cross-cultural experiences help him excel in providing a high level of service in both project management and property management of a wide range of product types.
