Phyllis is a part of NRES' business development/client relationship team. She has a proven track record for successfully building and managing client relationships.
- Phyllis designed and streamlined the property management reporting requirements and authored the property management policies and procedures manual for her employer in 2006. She trained and supervised the property management staff, while also managing a 4.2 million S.F. mixed portfolio.
- In 2003, Phyllis was recruited by Jones Lang LaSalle to manage a previously unstable client relationship, and oversee facility/property management services for one of Southern California's fastest growing private banking institutions at two locations. Within three months, she restored the client's confidence and implemented numerous process improvements to streamline services, while realizing significant cost savings and reduction of liabilities.
Prior to joining NRES, Phyllis worked for Jones Lang LaSalle, The Abbey Company, Watt Management, Ernst & Young, and Arthur D. Little, Inc.
Phyllis is particularly skilled in the area of identifying and applying process improvements that produce measurable results and generate high client satisfaction levels. She possesses effective leadership, supervisory and staff development skills, coupled with excellent organizational, interpersonal and problem solving capabilities.
