Pennie manages a mixed portfolio of office buildings, multi-tenant industrial buildings, and medical office condominium owner associations for institutional, public and private entities.

• Upon joining NRES in 2008, Pennie was given the challenge of managing a 375,000 S.F. industrial portfolio in Phoenix, Arizona that had recently been transitioned to new ownership. Prior to this transition, the properties had suffered physical neglect and were 31% vacant. Since taking on the task, Pennie has built a stable local vendor base, gained the trust and respect of her tenants, and significantly reduced delinquencies. Her efforts have contributed to a 19% increase in occupancy during extremely challenging market conditions.
• While with PM Realty Group, Pennie and her team were awarded the 2007 local Office Building of the Year (TOBY) from the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) for Newport Corporate Tower in Newport Beach, California.

Pennie has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 15 years. Prior to joining NRES, Pennie held property management positions at CB Richard Ellis, Sares-Regis Group and PM Realty Group.

Pennie's flexible and creative thinking abilities, plus diplomatic problem solving skills are the key to her successful management of our client's assets. Her customer service approach to property management is highly valued by both tenants and owners.
