Judy is responsible for managing an Inland Empire industrial portfolio under contract since 2005, with a pension advisory client. Her other responsibilities include directing operations of the NRES Property Management team and accounting departments. Judy is also involved in business development, helping grow NRES' Property Management accounts and clientele.

• In 2006, Judy joined NRES to manage a portfolio of 3.5 million S.F. which has grown currently to 9.4 million S.F. She has worked with the ownership, leasing, and construction management teams coordinating tenant improvements and the transition for various large tenants such as Homedics, Kohler, Lowes, and several large third party logistics companies.
• Judy's management portfolio is valued at more than $300 million. Her ability to understand leases, accounting, budgeting and forecasting, along with tenant communication has made her an effective liaison between her clients and their tenants.

Judy has been involved in the commercial real estate management and development industries since 1984. Prior to her joining NRES, she held management positions with Rexford Industrial, ZMI Real Estate, CB Richard Ellis, Crane Realty Services, and Investment Building Group. Judy has also assisted several clients on a consulting basis such as The Coreland Companies, and Prudential California Realty.

Throughout her career in property management, Judy has been involved with many challenging situations such as the Northridge Earthquake, and the 1991 Los Angeles Riots. Her proven ability to act quickly and be pro-active continues to be invaluable to her clients.
