Vice President, Client Services

(714) 975-7668

Glen serves as a Vice President of Client Services for NRES. He expands relationships with clients and consultants by exploring new alliances and informing people of the firm's abilities. Glen's experience and expertise also enables him to play an active role in NRES' Project Management division. His breadth of understanding of diverse construction issues has been exemplified by these recent accomplishments:
  • In 2005, Glen was brought on board to pull together a planned unit development for an owner whose project had stalled in entitlement negotiations for 9 months. The project also needed a renegotiation of the GMP contract with the General Contractor due to massive plan changes and material price inflation.
  • Glen finalized the entitlement process by negotiating a landscape easement and construction easement with a neighboring property owner to satisfy City conditions. The project started within 60 days of Glen's involvement and was completed with minimal change orders. His efforts contributed to the success of the project, with 80% of the project sold prior to completion.
Glen has been using his extensive background in commercial construction projects for over 25 years, working for firms including Birtcher Construction Company and Owen Properties, as well as running his own commercial plumbing contracting firm for over 15 years where his clients included the Costco and Target retail chains.

Glen's unique experience as a general contractor and subcontractor facilitates constructive relationships amongst all parties to a complex construction project and generates on-time, on-budget results time after time.
