Steve is a senior project and construction manager at NRES, currently overseeing a major infrastructure project in Long Beach, California, for The Boeing Company and several construction management projects for The Kellogg Company throughout the United States.

• The challenges presented by the 200 acre Boeing Long Beach site were numerous, including its sheer scope. Steve earned this Fortune 500 client's trust with methodical, thorough planning, and execution of bidding and construction of street improvements that would eventually be dedicated to the City of Long Beach.
• The Boeing Long Beach project was environmentally sensitive, being built in and around a portion of the site requiring major hazardous material remediation. Steve's thorough field knowledge allowed him to accomplish this in a coordinated, efficient, and safe manner, with no construction injuries on the project.

Over the course of his 35 year career in construction, Steve has supervised the construction of a diverse number of projects including several million S.F. of tilt-up industrial buildings, high-rise commercial buildings, hospitals, large retail stores for Mervyn's and Robinson's-May, and numerous renovations.

Steve's encyclopedic knowledge of construction means and methods has saved his clients countless schedule days and budget dollars.
