(714) 975-7657

Jenny oversees due diligence support, entitlement processing, and project financing for the firm's Project Management division and plays a lead role on the Corporate Advisory Services team.
  • In 2007, Jenny led the effort to identify a suitable land site for a 1.1 million S.F. build-to-suit distribution center facility in West Jefferson, Ohio. This transaction was ranked #2 of the "Leasing Deals of the Year" by Real Estate Forum magazine in 2007.
  • Utilizing her depth of experience in development and construction entitlements, Jenny coordinated the submittals for a major golf course and clubhouse remodel at a private country club in South Orange County. She completed the project entitlement approval without the need for a public review hearing process, saving three months of processing time and circumventing potential public scrutiny.
Prior to her joining NRES, Jenny performed business development, client/vendor management and project management duties for SASCO Electric, Haskell Constructors/MBK Construction Ltd.

Jenny's high level of professionalism, organization and patience ideally suit her for due diligence and entitlement assignments and has enabled her to create goodwill with every governmental agency she has worked on behalf of NRES.
