A Commitment to Sustainability

NRES’ involvement in a wide variety of commercial real estate assignments has made the firm advocates of sustainable construction and property operations practices. NRES is an active member in the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) and has LEED® Accredited Professionals on staff in support of NRES’ commitment to helping clients achieve their corporate and personal environmental initiatives.

Sustainable practices are engaged at NRES’ corporate office, which includes an aggressive recycling program, utilization of low-E double panel glass, and our fleet of hybrid vehicles provided for our staff.
